• Pressmate provides premium fabric care services including pickup, dry cleaning, ironing, and delivery. • Service availability may vary by location. • We reserve the right to accept or decline services, while always complying with applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Orders and Payments

• When placing an order, you agree to provide correct service and payment details. • Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers. Pressmate does not store sensitive card or banking details. • Prices are displayed in the app and may be updated. Applicable taxes (e.g., GST) will be added as per law.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before the scheduled pickup time. • After pickup, cancellation is not possible. • Refunds (if eligible) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Do not misuse our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes. • Ensure your garments are suitable for standard cleaning processes. • Pressmate is not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing garment damage, hidden stains or defects, or missing/unclear care labels.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We take reasonable care in handling your items. • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under Indian consumer laws.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, text, graphics, software) on our platform belongs to Pressmate or its licensors. • You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.

8. Privacy

Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

• Refunds may be provided if: • The service has not started (before pickup). • A genuine service failure occurs (e.g., garment missing or damage). In such cases, compensation may be offered up to 10% of the service charge, as determined by management.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Refunds are not available if: • Items have already reached our store and cleaning has started. • Garment defects existed prior to service (e.g., weak fabric, color bleeding, shrinkage).

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (processing time depends on bank/payment provider).

Cancellation Policy

2. Company-Initiated

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Express Service: 24–48 hours. • Regular Service: 2–5 business days (depending on garment type). • You will be notified via app, SMS, or WhatsApp once garments are ready.

4. Delays

• Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or operational issues. • You will be informed promptly.
